Client requirement: To expand an existing N +1 data centre 10 fold to accommodate an additional 260 racks and a 500 seat disaster recovery office.

- Ensure the technical design provides for resilience in all operational equipment
- Consult with planners to establish the key restrictions of the site
- Establish the electricity capacity at the site and upgrade to 2MVA
- Liaise with the landlord to seek alteration approval
