As a company we have been involved in creating some amazing spaces for our clients across the UK including Flip Out and football stadia fit out. Our design team are able to take unwanted and disused spaces and turn them into exciting and vibrant spaces for all uses. Principal Contractor & Principal Designer - Projects require a clients to appoint a Principal Designer & Principal Contractor to meet the legal requirements un the Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations, WorkBox can act in both roles ensuring your compliance.
Project Management - Our internal team will be assigned to your project from commencement providing a dedicated project manager , a comprehensive plan and programme, quantity surveying, cost management, straightforward clear communication, on site management during the construction phase, ensuring our team will be by your side from concept to completion.
Architectural & Feasibility
Concept, design, and space planning. Site surveys, conditions, feasibility surveys to ensure the proposed site is fit for purpose as often the building we work on are being repurposed and we ensure our client understands the suitability before committing to a conversion or fit out.
