Principal Contractor & Principal Designer - Projects require a client to appoint a Principal Designer & Principal Contractor to meet the legal requirements un the Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations, WorkBox can act in both roles ensuring your compliance.
Project Management - Our internal team will be assigned to your project from commencement providing a dedicated project manager , a comprehensive plan and programme, quantity surveying, cost management, straightforward clear communication, on site management during the construction phase, ensuring our team will be by your side from concept to completion.
