Client Requirement: Substantial demolition works to an existing derelict food factory initially included removal of large cold store units, cladding, concrete flooring, steels, asbestos and existing doors and roller shutters. The design and build project included creation of five new units ranging from 8,000 to 16,000 sqft to include the supply and installation of new cladding, roller shutter doors, roofing, groundworks, parking as well as steelworks and decoration throughout.
WorkBox were chosen as the successful partner for Elliot Charles to deliver a full refurbishment and fit out at their new site in the centre of Leamington Spa.

The project was very challenging with many aspects of a traditional build requiring review and alteration due to the complexity of the building once we commenced. The units are all currently sold and let to new owners and tenants.
