Client requirement: We were commissioned to deliver a project to refurbish the pharmacy within the internationally renowned Harrods department store in Knightsbridge, London. The works involved liaising with the operator and obtaining Harrods boards approval for the concept and detailed works. Our team project managed the scheme which was carried out under a three week phased programme of out of hours working whilst the pharmacy continued to open daily within its normal hours of operation. The project was completed on schedule in March 2017.
