Phase One included a full fit-out at a three-storey modular building. Our team worked alongside the Balfour Beatty Modular team on the extension project to build offices, meeting spaces, kitchenettes and toilet facilities on all floors. A total of 108 workstations, five meeting rooms, three kitchenette areas and the comms room were built during the six-week project.
