A valued relationship with our esteemed clients, City and Provincial Equity Partners led us to refurbish two industrial units, one in Mildenhall, Suffolk and the other in Yeovil, Somerset.
The scope of works at the Mildenhall warehouse units included partition walls, toilets, plumbing, new electrics and lighting, and pedestrian access doors with welfare facilities. The second phase saw us complete groundworks on the site as well as installation of a new raised ramp access with supporting boundary walls with supporting boundary walls. The existing unit was repurposed into four new self contained units which included jumbo walls and roller shutter doors. were included.
In Yeovil, we refurbished a tired looking industrial unit to give it a new lease of life. We repaired and replaced damaged and worn items, carried out external repairs including fencing and tarmac areas. We also repaired windows and doors, guttering, roofing, supplied and fitted vinyl flooring and general decoration throughout. We also replaced lighting and installed panel heaters to the warehouse.
